Tender Heart Helpers Foundation, ni collaboration with S.O.T.A Foundation, is pleased to invite

you to a special outreach program dedicated to supporting children and adolescents living with

special needs, as well as families.

The outreach will provide free medical checkups, counseling, therapy support, educational resources, and empowerment sessions for parents and caregivers. Our goal is ot foster inclusion, provide essential care, and equip families with the tools needed to support their children effectively.

We warmly invite 10 students per school and their parents, caregivers, and all stakeholders in special needs education and care to be part of this noble initiative. Your presence wil make a meaningful difference ni the lives of these children.
